The Kendal Lighting TC4028-ORB 72-inch Portable Spiral Torchiere Floor Lamp showcases simple lines and interesting curves to make an impactful design statement. The clean and modern look that this floor lamp provides will complement a multitude of interior styles. This torchiere works anywhere you need a sophisticated touch with its sleek spiraling metal body finished in Oil Rubbed Bronze paired with a faux alabaster glass shade that measures 13-inches in diameter. A heavy circular base ensures safety by minimizing tipping of the 72-inch tall lamp. The 23-inch hinged, adjustable arm gives the versatility to direct the light where it is needed most, whether it be next to your desk or beside your reading chair. The TC4028-ORB uses two medium-base A19, 150W (maximum) bulbs in its uplight, the reading lamp uses one 12V JC bi-pin, 50W (maximum) bulb. Both are controlled by the dual dimmer switch that is conveniently positioned on the lamp stem body. The base has a factory formed opening for the polarized plug and cord. This fixture is sold one per package and is UL listed for dry location use in the USA and Canada. The color is far from "oil rubbed bronze". Nothing bronze about it. I have the same lamp manufactured couple of years back and it has the right color and metallic antique-like finish. This particular model now has a flat, brown/gray color. Great looking and functional lamp, but the color and finish are no longer rich but rather cheap looking paint unfortunately.
